Abstract

We establish new properties of $C^1 (0, + ∞)$-solutions of the linear functional differential equation $\dot{x}(t) = ax(t) + bx(qt) + cx(qt)$ in the neighborhoods of the singular points $t = 0$$ and t = + ∞$.
