Upgrading the evolutionary approach to the study of forced oscillations in a resonator

Abstract

UDC 517.9

We investigate the possibility of upgrading of the evolutionary approach to solving vector initial-boundary-value problems for the Maxwell equations and  solve the equation of forced oscillations in a cylindrical resonator by using the upgraded approach. In addition, the potential for extending the approach to the theory of laser dynamics is discussed.
