О существовании функций Ляпунова в задачах устойчивости интегральных множеств

Анотація

A non-autonomous system of ordinary differential equations is considered. It is proved that if this system admits a uniformly asymptotically stable integral set, then there is a function similar to Lyapunov function in a neighborhood of this set.
